We played an Official Lollapalooza After party with Secret Machines!! They were fun to hang out with and a pleasure to share the stage with, what a great show, they brought the Rock. Midwest Music Summit was a really good trip. We played with some great bands and saw a whole lot of good music in a real shit-hole bar.... nothing better.. and we managed to not get broken into, unlike the couple other vans we saw the next morning with their windows smashed out!! Mat from Arks and I started a promotions company www.myspace.com/boneshakerpromotions BONESHAKER PRESENTS... We've been getting some of our out of town friends good gigs and all in all, for being such a young company, I think we've put on some really great shows. Boneshaker has A few DJ sets a month now and that is a great release. I get to spin music for a bar filled with eager drunks and put the vinyl collection to good use. Oh Yeah I am putting out Arks next full length and Airiels next full length on Highwheel Records.. Both records are getting mixed this month. Then I got to get moving on their releases. Bicycles are really, really going to hit the west coast again this summer and do a couple week East Coast run around July.. so it's booking time in this camp!!

Needless to say between practicing/playing shows, writing new material (which is going fucking great these days), booking for Boneshaker, DJing and getting 2 full length releases ready - I feel I am completely submerged in my bizarro world of music. DIY -

Jason burnt his hands really bad a little while back - he was out for a while healing up, but he is fine now and back in action.

Notable Record Stores with Walking Bicycles

Notable Record Stores with Walking Bicycles

Chicago - Reckless, Laurie's Planet of Sound, Hard-Boiled, Dr. Wax, Dead Wax
L.A. - Amoeba Records
S.F.- Amoeba Records
N.
